Hello, my name is Tamara Laso. Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I was born and raised right here in Central Florida and have always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in our community. I attended the University of Central Florida and then graduated from Barry University School of Law. During my legal studies, I interned for one of the most prestigious law firms in Miami that focused solely on helping good people injured by the negligence of others. I also learned that that best way to help my clients was by representing them in the courtroom and that advocating for them was what I was born to do. After graduation, I knew, deep down, that I wanted to return to our community here in Central Florida and practice trial law.
Amongst many other candidates, Mr. Newlin invited me to practice at his firm. Here, I had the chance to represent and help the Orlando community that I grew up with and love so much. I see every day, firsthand, how people’s lives are affected when they are injured through no fault of their own and I am proud that I can dedicate my life to achieving justice for them. Insurance companies will do anything they can to avoid treating our clients fairly. That’s why I, along with the rest of my fellow lawyers at the firm, work early in the morning till late at night; weekends and holidays to fight for our clients and community.
What I am most proud of is the team I belong to here at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. Every day, I see Mr. Newlin meeting clients, working on their cases, and fighting for them. He is there with a firm handshake or comforting clients when they need it the most. That inspires me to be the best advocate I can be for our clients.
