Hello, my name is John Tricoli and thank you for taking a moment of your time to read my biography.
I am a native Floridian, born and raised right here in Central Florida. After attending college and law school in North Carolina, I moved back home because I wanted to spend my career and life helping and serving the people of this community when they need a lawyer.
When someone is injured through the fault of a person or company, I’ve learned to win by showing compassion to my client and being tough with the insurance company. I learned these skills by listening and watching my Mom and Dad as a grew up in Winter Park. My mother was a nurse and my father was an entrepreneur. They taught me at an early age to care for people and, at the same time, never to accept failure when you’re told “No.” Often in a personal injury case, my client, a completely innocent victim is told “no” by the body shop, by the insurance company and by the defendant. I’m here to make sure that never happens to you!
Several years ago, while in law school, I was given a chance to be a legal intern for Mr. Newlin during the summer. After seeing how much he loved his clients and never stopped fighting for them, I asked him if I could work for the Firm when I graduated. He said “Yes” and ever since then I spend my days representing people in court as a trial lawyer fighting to get accident victims the most money they can receive under the law.
