Hello – I am Daniel Madden, and I am grateful to you for taking the time to read my biography. I am a Florida native born and raised in the Tampa area. I am a Trial Attorney with Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys.
As a child, my parents raised me to work hard and show courtesy to others. My parents still live in the area, and the values of hard work, honesty, and integrity instilled in me continue to serve as driving forces in my career. As your attorney, I will use these values to ensure the best possible outcome for your case.
I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2000 and earned my law degree from the same school in 2003. While in school, I promised myself that I would someday use my talents to achieve justice for those wronged.
For 20 years, I represented large corporations and insurance companies. I represented them across the state of Florida in both state and federal courts. I defended them in cases involving auto accidents, slip and falls, as well as wrongful death actions. I was very successful, but I always knew that my heart was, in fact, not with these large corporations but rather with those who had been harmed and who needed my help.
The experience I gained representing these large corporations and insurance companies has given me tremendous insight into how they operate and how to best confront them. With me on your side, the insurance companies will know they are dealing with someone who knows their tactics and will outwork them to achieve success on your behalf.
When I met Mr. Newlin, I told him that I wanted to keep that promise that I made to myself when I was in school – namely, to help those who have been wronged by the big corporations and insurance companies.
