Hello, I’m Mary Martin. Thank you for taking time to read my biography. I was born and raised, right here, in the beautiful city of Orlando, FL. I love my city and the people that live here. I attended the Florida State University (Go Noles!) where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Child Sciences. I have always had a passion for helping those around me, especially people whose lives have been affected or destroyed because of a personal injury.
Before joining Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys, I spent 10 years working with one of the three largest insurance companies in America. I was trained on how to manage injury cases prior to litigation, as well as throughout the litigation process. After handling thousands of claims, I know exactly what the insurance company needs to evaluate and resolve your case quickly. During this time, I also had the opportunity to work side by side with the best insurance defense attorneys in Florida. I learned all the ways insurance companies use to deny legitimate claims and take advantage of innocent people. Watching these big corporations treat seriously injured people as just another file made me realize that I was on the wrong side.
