Greetings. I am Marc Daniel Erlich. With genuine sincerity, it is heartening and humbling to know you’ve taken the time to read my biography. Please allow me to thank you for both your time and your trust.
Although meticulous by nature, I held no early ambitions rooted in the practice of law. To use the words of others, I heard no call compelling me to add my grain of sand to the edifice of justice. Instead, over the course of my education, I developed the desire to understand the rules which govern our society and ability to navigate those waters. Afterall, it is a common fault not to anticipate storms when the sea is calm.
For nearly a decade, my legal practice was dedicated to the defense of insurance companies, both large and small, as well as their insureds. It was there that I honed my skills as a litigator.
