I am David Novack and I first began my career by serving my civic duty as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola County. I took on the most egregious cases while seeking to protect victims’ right by bringing defendants to justice in firearm, sexual battery, home invasion robbery, and murder trials. I continued to sharpen my trial skills by working for one of the top criminal defense law firms in Central Florida. Despite constantly being targeted for working at such a high profile law firm, I worked tirelessly in defending each person’s constitutional rights in ensuring the government did not arbitrarily take away my clients’ basic liberties.

My passion for victims’ rights has brought me to Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys, where I serve in the role as the Managing Partner of the law firm. Since joining the firm, I have represented thousands of victims and am proud to have obtained multiple seven figure awards for my clients and their families in seeking justice for their loss.
