Hello, my name is Aaron Wong, and I want to thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I have been practicing as a lawyer in Florida for over 20 years, and am very proud to be a part of the incredible team of attorneys, paralegals and staff here at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. Born to Cuban-Chinese immigrants who came to this country with nothing but big dreams and an unwavering belief in themselves, I was taught the value of hard work, honesty, and discipline by my parents at a very young age. Not only did they constantly reinforce these principles at home, but I got to see how they actually paid off in the outside world. Because of what they taught and instilled in me, I was able to pay my way through college and law school, and fulfill my dream of becoming a lawyer, advocating for the less fortunate, and helping those in need.
In 1992, I graduated cum laude from Tufts University with a degree in International Relations and Latin American Studies. I then attended The Boston University School of Law, and graduated in 1995. I spent the next twenty years as a trial lawyer, litigating some of the most complex commercial and personal injury cases in Florida, both for plaintiffs and defendants. I recovered millions of dollars for my clients during this time; but, more importantly, I earned their trust and respect…and was able to keep it long after their cases were over. Over five years ago, I received the esteemed “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, a recognition given only to lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability.
