You can choose to keep the vehicle, but you’re responsible for paying to have it towed to the place of your choosing. BE CAREFUL! If there is a dispute as to how the accident happened, the insurance company may further investigate the details of the accident. During this time, storage fees can get costly, and in some cases may become your responsibility.
