Hello, my name is Jason Arnold. Thank you for taking the time to read my biography. From a young age my dream was always to become to an attorney and I worked relentlessly to achieve that goal. I now have the opportunity to help those in need, people who have been wronged and need a voice. Everyone needs someone in their corner to fight for them and I would be honored to be that person for you.
I graduated from the University of Florida, then went on to attend law school at Florida State University. I began defending the people of Florida while still in law school, working for the Florida Public Service Commission in our state’s capital. I helped ensure our residents received vital services such as electric, natural gas and water in a safe, fair and efficient manner. I also volunteered representing and guiding families and children through our sometimes complicated court system. After graduating from law school, I went on to represent large businesses, financial institutions and insurance carriers.
Though my passion has always been helping people, I became fully aware of how important that calling is after I was involved in a serious car accident. I was on my way to work when my life was turned upside down, literally. The at-fault driver ran a stop sign and smashed into my vehicle, causing it to flip over. After undergoing surgery and months of physical therapy, I still had to fight the insurance companies while trying to recover. I realized in that moment I needed to get back to what first made me want to become an attorney, helping people. My personal and professional experiences have given me inside knowledge into how insurance carriers handle claims and I now use that knowledge to fight for my clients.
