Involved in an SUV Rollover Accident? What Should You Do?

Being involved in an automobile accident can be a very traumatic experience and accidents involving SUV’s can prove to be even more traumatic as they often result in significant injury and damage to property. 1. Report the accident immediately

If you are able to call 911 and report that you have been involved in an SUV accident, do so immediately. Following the arrival of law enforcement, make sure to fully cooperate with them and explain how the accident happened in detail. If you know of witnesses who saw the crash, point them out to the officers, as law enforcement will want to interview them. Before law enforcement leaves the scene of the accident, ask the officer for a copy of the information, or at a minimum the name of the law enforcement agency, officer’s name, and crash report number.

2. Seek immediate medical attention
