Meet Our Attorneys
Hello, I am Gregory Tayon, thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and the journey that brought me to Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys.
I’m the second youngest of six siblings, and when I was six years old, my family moved to Florida and into a double-wide mobile home. Five of us shared one bedroom. Growing up in a tight-knit, hardworking household taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of standing up for others—especially those who are too often overlooked or underestimated.
Growing up, I became acutely aware of how people can be judged based on appearance or circumstances beyond their control. I saw this firsthand through the challenges my oldest sister faced due to a facial deformity. Witnessing her strength in the face of adversity inspired me from a young age to stand up for others. It lit a fire in me to become an advocate for those who often go unheard or unseen.
My first legal job was with a West Palm Beach law firm that served as the intake office for the American Civil Liberties Union. It was there that I came to truly understand that bad things happen to good people, often through no fault of their own. I later volunteered with the Public Defender’s Office in Miami, where I witnessed the tireless commitment of attorneys who stood for justice day in and day out. Those experiences laid the foundation for my legal career and instilled in me a responsibility to give back. Since then, I’ve dedicated countless hours to pro bono work, helping people who needed someone in their corner.
Over the years, I’ve lived more life than my age might suggest, and I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of roles—from caring for children at the daycare my three daughters attended, to handling both sides of personal injury protection (PIP) litigation. No matter the job, I’ve brought the same passion and purpose to every role.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the team at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. It’s an honor to be here, helping people during some of the most difficult times in their lives. If you’re in need of someone to fight for you, know that I’ll give you my very best—because you deserve nothing less. Please call me any time day or night, directly at (407) 845-1830 or email me at [email protected].
