Welcome! My name is Loucas “Luke” Moraris. I want to personally thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I am one of the lead attorneys in the Firm’s workers’ compensation department. All I do is help people injured on the job get medical care and lost wages to which they are entitled.
The son of a Greek immigrant from Cyprus, I was born in Long Island, New York and lived there until the age of five before moving to the Sunshine State. I lived on the west coast of Florida during my childhood and moved to Orlando to obtain my undergraduate degree at UCF (Go U-C-F Knights!). I earned my law degree from Florida A & M University right in the heart of downtown Orlando.
Since 2001, I have had an exceptional opportunity to work in many different positions in the legal profession, specifically workers’ compensation. I have held the role of a file clerk, legal assistant, paralegal and even a claims adjuster for a large insurance company. Now as an attorney and counselor at law, the entirety of my time is focused on helping injured workers. This profession has not only taught me how to be efficient in handling large volume of cases but also to empathize with those going through struggling times.
