Hi, I am Amanda O’Dell. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, but now make my home here in Central Florida. Thank you for reading my biography. As an expert injury lawyer, it is my goal to get the best resolution and the most compensation for your injury claim.
A proud “Double Gator” I graduated with a Finance degree from the University of Florida in 2002 and returned a few years later to attend law school, graduating from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2009. I made Law Review, the highest honor a law student can receive, and graduated in the top of my class.
Following law school, I spent ten years working as Associate General Counsel at one of the largest insurance carriers in the country. During this time, I learned how to evaluate injury claims and what strategies work in convincing these companies to pay the maximum under the law. Most importantly, I saw first-hand, the enormous impact a knowledgeable and well-prepared attorney could have on the settlement value of a claim.
