Meet Our Attorneys
Hello, my name is Suzanne Race and I am a native Floridian, born and raised here in the City Beautiful. I have spent my entire life learning how to help people when they need it the most.
Beginning when I was seven years old, I watched my grandparents become active in local government and assist people in the community with all types of life and legal problems. Since then, I have donated my time at senior centers, food and clothing drives and the American Diabetes Association. However, I also realized that those who need the most help are often victims involved in car crashes, trip and falls in a store or have lost a family member because someone was negligent. My grandfather tragically passed away when I was thirteen and, today, I continue to honor his legacy by fighting as hard as I can for injury victims here in Central Florida.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a Degree in Political Science and a Women’s Studies Certificate. After being accepted to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, I graduated with honors. During law school, I developed a special interest in representing indigent clients with all of their legal cases. These clients were ones that could never afford any lawyer; let alone a highly skilled one. I believe in my heart that everyone, especially injury victims deserve the absolute best lawyer that will never take no for an answer and be there for them all day, every day.
My belief in making sure the justice system works for everybody, led me to accept a position in Orlando at the Public Defender’s office where I represented thousands of people. I was so successful in helping my clients that in 2017, the Florida Bar awarded me a Board Certification in Criminal Trial Law. This honor is given to less than 1% of all the attorneys in the State of Florida.
