Meet Our Attorneys
Hello, my name is Angela Bounds, and I appreciate your interest in reading my biography. My journey to becoming a lawyer began at an early age, as I grew up watching my father, who also was a lawyer. I spent countless hours at his office and home, watching him work tirelessly to fight for the rights of his clients. I admired his work ethic, but even more so, I admired the compassion he had for every one of his clients. Ultimately, this planted a seed inside of me that grew into a strong desire to do the same for people in my life.
Since graduating in 2005 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, I have had the opportunity to follow my passion of fighting for the legal rights of my clients. I have years of experience in the courtroom as an Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and Children’s Legal Services Attorney with the Department of Children & Families. I also ran my own law firm, where I worked tirelessly for my clients who often were facing the most difficult and frightening times of their lives. Guiding them through their case was my number one priority.
I feel incredibly honored to be able to use my experience to advocate for the legal rights of my clients at Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. Each client is a priority of mine, and I commit to represent them to the best of my ability and to do so with compassion.
