Meet Our Attorneys
Hello, I’m Yesenia Weaver, thank you for taking the time to read my biography. I’m a first generation American born in Chicago, IL; which helped instill my hard work ethic. At a young age, I always knew I wanted to help and advocate for others. I graduated from The University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. While attending UCF, I worked for a sole practitioner who handled Worker’s Compensation, Social Security, and Personal Injury cases. This is where my love for plaintiff work began. I saw the impact I made on people’s lives daily. I became their advocate and voice during their most difficult times. Since then, I have worked for large plaintiff firms, where I have learned the intricacy of Personal Injury and have advocated for the injured for the past 12 years.
My passion has always been helping others, which is why I’m honored to be working for Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys. I’m honored to be a part of such a dynamic, well-established firm.
